Nothing on this page is stock photography. Each image was taken by our crew on a Tampa Bay roof we were working on that day, mostly from a drone during the job so you can see the whole system rather than a close-up that hides the rest.
You will see the full sequence of a replacement: the old shingles coming off, the plywood deck exposed and inspected, new underlayment and drip edge going down, architectural shingles being set six nails to a course, and the finished field. That order is not cosmetic. A roof that fails early almost always failed at a step nobody photographed.
Most of these homes are in Carrollwood, Town N Country, Brandon, Riverview and New Tampa, with a few in Pinellas and Pasco. If your neighborhood is not pictured yet, it is only because we have not had the drone up there. The work is the same.
