Brandon grew in waves, and the roofs tell you which wave a house came from. The 1970s and 80s subdivisions off Lumsden and Kings Avenue are on replacement number two or three. The big 1990s and early-2000s builds in Bloomingdale and Valrico are hitting end of life together, which is why whole streets there are re-roofing within a couple of years of each other.
It is also the most commercial work we do outside of Tampa proper: strip retail and light industrial along State Road 60 and Causeway Boulevard with TPO and modified bitumen low-slope systems that were installed in a hurry during the 2000s build-out and are now ponding and seaming.

Brandon sits in the path of the afternoon storm line that builds over the bay and moves east. Wind uplift at rakes and ridges is the standard call, and the 2000s-era roofs with four-nail installs fail first.

Yes, same crew and same pricing. Bloomingdale in particular is a large part of our residential volume.
Can you re-roof a commercial building on SR-60 without closing it?
Usually. Low-slope work is done in sections and we schedule tear-off around your hours. We have re-roofed occupied retail and warehouse space without a day of closure.
Our whole street is getting new roofs. Is there a group rate?
Yes. When we can stage material and equipment once for several adjacent homes the savings are real and we pass them on. Ask us about it when you call.
