Our Work

1,000+ roofs.
Zero compromises.

A selection of completed roofing projects across Tampa Bay: residential, commercial, and everything in between.

How we work

What every one of these projects has in common.

We do not do overlays. Every replacement here started with a full tear-off to the plywood, because the deck is where the problems hide and the only time to find them is when it is bare. Soft or delaminated sheathing gets replaced, and the whole deck is re-nailed to current Florida code before anything goes back on.

Then the parts nobody sees: a sealed secondary water barrier over every seam, new drip edge, new pipe boots and flashing rather than reused ones, and shingles set with six nails per course in the nail zone. In Hillsborough's 130 to 140 mph design wind zone, that nailing pattern is the difference between a roof that rides out a gust front and one that unzips from the edge.

Most residential jobs finish in one to two days. Every one closes with the property cleaned, the driveway magnet-swept for nails, and a wind mitigation form so you can claim the insurance credit the new roof entitles you to.

Day one: full tear-off complete, deck inspected and materials staged across the roof planes.
Underlayment and flashing details going down before the shingle field starts.
Installing the architectural shingle field, six nails per shingle to Florida code.
Deck and edge detail: new drip edge set before underlayment is run.
Finished: the completed architectural shingle roof, two days after tear-off began.

Day one: full tear-off complete, deck inspected and materials staged across the roof planes.

Full Shingle Roof Replacement

Complete tear-off and replacement of an architectural shingle roof on a single-family home in Carrollwood. The scope came in at roughly 30 squares across a cut-up hip roof with multiple planes and valleys. Our crew stripped the old system down to the deck, inspected and re-nailed the sheathing, installed a new secondary water barrier and underlayment, and set the finished shingle field. Start to finish in two days, with the property cleaned and the driveway magnet-swept before we left.
